Registration Process

All participants need to be registered by October 1st, 2024.

Late fee of $15 will be applied for registration after the due date.

As soon as we receive your registration form, we will send you an email confirmation and an invoice, which you can pay by any accepted method of payment above. All fees must be paid upon receiving invoice. All registration forms without payment are not valid.

Music Submitting
Please submit the music by October 10th, 2024.

Music must be submitted in MP3 file to JewelsFestivalMusic@gmail.com

Please make sure that you send us MP3 file with the right title (Subject as Participant Name and age):

nameage_dancecategory_nameofdance.

The participant needs to fill out the Registration Form AND Entry Information form for their chosen categories:

Classical solo (Girls & Boys separate), Contemporary solo and Free style all have separate forms.

Ensemble registration needs to be done by the school director, by the same structure.

Soloists who are performing in 2 classical and 1 contemporary or free style dance category are qualified for the cash prize Grand Prix Diamond Award (cash price).
