Anthony Pototski (Sponsored by Jane Leslie Burgin) began his training at the School of American Ballet in 2007, performing in The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, and The Magic Flute. He continued at the Academy of Dance and Creative Art, dancing pas de deux from Giselle, Cinderella, Blue Bird, and The Nutcracker, as well as contemporary works. In 2016, he earned a full scholarship to the American Ballet Theatre’s Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School, training with Cynthia Harvey, Robert La Fosse, Ethan Stiefel, Karin Averty, Fabrice Herrault, and Pertujska Broholm. After graduating in 2020, he trained with Margarita Smirnova of the Bolshoi Ballet in Milan before joining Princeton Ballet School as a trainee, performing in Giselle, Sleeping Beauty, and Stiefel’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. His ARB repertoire includes Giselle (Hilarion), Circadia, Time Within A Time, Holberg Suite, and Stiefel’s VARIANTS.
